About the role

To support and boost our growth, we are looking for a Senior CRM specialist to lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of data-driven, multichannel CRM initiatives aimed at maximizing user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

In this high-impact role, you will be a key member of the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth, and working closely with several cross-functional teams.

While you'll operate as an individual contributor, your scope is broad and strategic and is ideal for someone excited about building from the ground up, while being hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy & User Journeys

• Define and map rider segments and journeys, tailoring messaging based on user behaviors, ride history, and lifecycle stage;
• Develop and own a comprehensive lifecycle communication strategy that increases rider retention, frequency, and revenue;
• Use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to shape hypotheses and initiatives.
