What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define customer and business problems
• Identifying key metrics for each project and taking ownership of their success
• Researching and delivering insights to support complex company goals, such as expanding into new markets or launching new features
• Facilitating guerrilla and customer testing sessions to validate assumptions and iterate quickly
• Designing simple, elegant product solutions end to end—from wireframes to final prototypes—paying attention to every detail
• Working with tech teams to implement solutions and present actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, extracting learnings, and proposing improvements
• Standardization through evolving and maintaining a design system
