Senior Product Designer

To propel sustainability together with industries and consumers in the global Circular Economy . We offer a digital SaaS platform to optimize the circularity of materials, fulfill and increase consumer engagement with recycling. We operate throughout Europe with offices in Spain and Austria. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to not only shape our product's user experience but also to build its brand identity from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define how our product looks, feels, and communicates its value to the world.

What’s the job about? As a Senior Product Designer , you :

• champion a user-centered approach to create intuitive and effective solutions for our users who engage in highly specialized tasks.
• conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews and usability testing, to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• analyze and map out complex user workflows and processes to identify areas for simplification and innovation.
• develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• create visually appealing design specifications that are consistent with the product's brand.
• lead the development of the product’s brand identity, including logo design, color palette, typography, and voice and tone.
