WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Junior) Product Owner Digital Services / Cloud (m / f / d) with development prospects For our location in Münster

Your tasks

  • Support in the creation and technical development of product roadmaps and visions
  • Close coordination and collaboration with the software development department, the product manager and the product owner
  • Support in prioritizing the product backlog in appropriate steps and development stages within the framework of the company's goals
  • Creation of epics and user stories based on technical requirements in JIRA
  • Planning and supporting the introduction of new features and services as well as moderating workshops with decision-makers
  • Definition and tracking of meaningful KPIs
  • Obtaining continuous customer feedback in order to constantly develop products further

Your profile

  • Completed technical or business studies, preferably also lateral entry from the catering / hotel management industry with relevant professional experience
  • Passion for creating added value & products in the hospitality industry
  • Initial experience of working in an agile environment, SCRUM an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in different interest groups
  • Ideally technical experience with Vectron products or comparable POS systems
  • Analytical, goal- and solution-oriented approach, customer orientation, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Confident communication in German (C1 level) and English
