We are currently looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Manager to direct the external distribution network. Based in Terrassa, Spain, this role manages the key distribution channels, mainly in Europe (excluding the DACH region). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional sales skills, and a readiness to engage directly with our primary markets at trade shows and through key account management.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and enhance distributor relationships and performance, mainly in Europe (except the DACH region). This responsibility will be extended to other territories as required.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for distributors to ensure adeptness in product demonstrations and sales techniques.
  • Direct management of major accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Regular reporting from distributors on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Optics, Physics, or similar.
  • More than 5 years of related experience within a technical product environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Readiness to travel internationally (mainly in the EU, but not only) to manage relationships and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
