We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in European Portuguese and Spanish (C1) with B2-level English for handling customer inquiries by phone, assisting with reservations, and providing high-quality service in both languages.

This role involves working closely with customers to resolve their queries and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commercial approach to promoting services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and Spanish
