About Olala, a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to manage our automated hotel lobby.
As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and provide them with exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing check-in and check-out processes, handling cash and card payments, restocking fridges and counters, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
You will work behind the bar, preparing light food and drinks, assisting guests with requests, and ensuring the space is guest-ready at all times. You will also be responsible for following checklists to ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties are completed smoothly.
This role requires experience in F&B, especially behind the bar or in café-style service. You should be confident handling cash, closing shifts, and following structured procedures. Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience is highly valued, as well as proficiency in Spanish and English languages. Tech-comfortable candidates who can work with automated systems and digital tools are also preferred.
