Job Description : Join a new team in Amazon Shipping as a Business Development professional in Spain. We seek a driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed individual to develop a sales pipeline, identify opportunities, negotiate with external partners, close deals, and gather market and customer insights to enhance our services and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners.
• Sales Pipeline Development : Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients to meet revenue goals.
• Negotiation : Lead price negotiations, develop concession strategies, and close deals on favorable terms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with operations, product, and tech teams to create solutions that add value and meet customer needs.
• Data Analysis and Performance Measurement : Develop pricing strategies, monitor performance, identify gaps, and seize opportunities.

This position is based in Madrid (4 Towers district, not Getafe) with moderate travel within Spain (up to 10%).
