Lead Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced finance operations specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and risk control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation activities. They will also ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant laws.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant laws.
• Liaise with tax advisors and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Troubleshoot daily operational issues and work closely with other stakeholders to resolve them.
• Manage and implement company initiatives and projects from a finance perspective.
• Perform financial audits of subsidiaries and consolidated groups in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvement and automation.
• Provide reports and analysis using finance operations data to support management decision-making.
• Maintain the internal control environment in the company's operations that comply with corporate policies.
