Drive strategic decisions with data-driven insights as a key member of our team. We are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to oversee financial operations, analyze performance, and optimize profitability.

This role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive results through data analysis and financial planning.

Responsibilities :

Oversight of general bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
Analysis of financial indicators, including treasury, margins, and profitability
Development of monthly and yearly financial forecasts
Management of invoicing, payments, and contracts
Administration of HR tasks, including payroll and compliance documents

Requirements :

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administration roles

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously

Familiarity with accounting software and Excel / Google Sheets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent English (written and spoken) required; Spanish or German a plus
