Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Consolidation Specialist to assist with all consolidation functions within our organization. In this role, you will work on consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Consolidation Manager, you will play a crucial part in our consolidation team performing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consolidation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include :

• Consolidate monthly financial results, under IFRS standards, across approximately 50 legal entities to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting policies, assure its application in affiliated companies and joint ventures, and adhere to internal control standards throughout the consolidation process.
• Elaborate Molins Consolidated Annual Accounts, as well as the Consolidated Interim Accounts (half-yearly), based on the requirements of a stock-listed company according to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
• Monitor and analyze reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, under Group's accounting policies, in compliance with consolidation and reporting deadlines.
• Contribute to standardization and implementation of procedures, accounting policies, and controls in the Group's companies to ensure the quality of information in the consolidation process.
• Prepare supporting documentation required for external and internal auditors.
• Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.
