As a .NET Developer with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Neural Machine Translation (NMT) , you will independently contribute to the development of innovative solutions while maintaining close collaboration with the team. This role requires fluency in .NET and a strong set of both technical and soft skills to navigate a dynamic environment successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain software projects leveraging machine learning, NLP, and NMT technologies.
  • Implement backend and frontend solutions, ensuring code quality and performance.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions.
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience in :

  • NET development.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Machine Learning, NLP and NMT :
  • Experience with Azure Speech Services or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in speech recognition (STT) and translation models.
  • Custom speech and translation model development.

    • Relevant Knowledge :

  • ML applications in NLP.
  • Language modeling and text processing.
  • Transformer-based architectures in NMT.
  • Fine-tuning and optimization of large language models.

    • Backend-Focused Skills :

  • Proficiency in C# language.
  • Experience with .NET APIs and ASP.NET.
  • Technical documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work with other programming languages.

    • DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Strong collaboration and adaptability.
  • Proven track record of collaborating within a team and effective communication.
  • Self-reliant but knows when to seek assistance.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Curiosity and openness to new technologies and approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
