Goals
- Achieve your individual annual quota in license and service revenue (ACV : annual contract value) as defined in your SIP plan (SIP plan will be handed over within 1st week of employment)
- Become a champion knowing all Product Sustainability software and content products (former GaBi products)
- Follow the sales process using salesforce as a core IT system
Responsibilities
Utilizes both proactive outbound calling and quick response to inquiries in order to build a solid pipeline and exceed annual quota. Leverages proven consultative sales methodologies to analyse the prospect’s businesses and address their changing automation needs.
Maintain and submit updated forecast in CRMManage whole sales process from qualification to closingManage any customer satisfaction in collaboration with the CSM (Customer satisfaction manager) teamUp- and x-sell existing accounts, pro-actively identify new sales opportunitiesAnalyse the existing customer base on the basis of information available in CRM / SCN to segment different target groupsCollaboration with pre-sales / sales engineering and solution executives on RfPs or opportunities regarding integrated sustainability (combination of Product and Corporate Sustainability)Ensure that you are up-to-date on latest functionality available in Product Sustainability software and content products (former GaBi offering)Maintain appropriate domain knowledgeSupport the sales of GaBi shared trainings
