B2C IT Business Partner

Your Role

As a B2C IT Business Partner you will be reporting to the Digital IT Manager and will be a Business partner,together with the Digital Hub, for both Natural Specialist and Original Grocery business units and Natures Menu D2C. You will be accountable for digital products, platforms, and processes related to B2C, brand and corporate websites, and D2C, eCommerce.You will be part of the Digital department leading the acceleration of the digital transformation in Affinity Petcare, SA.

What you will do

• Manage the evolution of digital products related to B2C, Brand and Corporate
• Manage the evolution of digital products for direct to consumer D2C
• Manage the commerce and content platforms
• Work together with the PO to continuously add value to the products
• Improve the IT platforms to drive sales to stores
• Ensure the experience across all consumer touchpoints
• Lead development teams, ensure CI / CD and development quality
• Support CRM processes
