Description

The Business Managing Partner is responsible for leading the relationship with the agency’s clients at local level. S / He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery for their client portfolio and is responsible for alignment of client satisfaction KPis across teams, by connecting Business strategy, Media Innovation / Experience and measurable efficiency.

Mission & Responsibilities

Clients :

  • Be accountable for client relationships, associated revenues and P&L management, includingdigitaland data services
  • For global clients] Own the client relationship in conjunction with Global / Regional teams, by ensuring clear communication within the network and by providing appropriate reports
  • Be responsible for client satisfaction
  • Lead all client actions on strategic accountsby excelling Mx, based on Mx brief with close support of the Strategy team- Work in close liaisewith Local Heads ofIntelligence, Mx Development and Mx Measurementto meet client requirements within agency business constraints
  • Be responsible for quality, relevance and efficiency of the Media Experience delivered bymatrix teams
  • Identify and initiate new business opportunities within your client portfolio– provide strong support to the Agency New Business(Global / Local)
  • Fosterthe implementation ofHavas Media’s identity-based addressable audience platformto service clients.Enhance its usage within your teams.
  • Deliverthe strategic recommendations to your client portfolio to meet their objectivesand leverage Mx efficiency
  • Be responsible for the quality, relevance and efficiency of the Media Experience Mx, delivered by diverse teams to clients
  • Be aware of all contracts impacting on client activity, and mitigate conflicts of interests
  • Manage any litigation with clients

Performance management :

  • Be responsible for the account performance, business growth and P&L
  • Represent and deliver the Agency updates and strategy to shareholders
  • Ensure the monthly reporting and P&L management on Magnitude
  • Manage investments at local level and report them at global level
  • Be responsible for credit management – invoicing and payment
  • Accountable for partnerships targets
  • Management :

  • Leadmatrix teams to ensure Mx quality and performance to clients
  • Work closely withMx development,Channel specialists,Intelligence team,Audience architect &MediaCreative representative- Be responsible for the team performance
  • Actively contribute to key talent acquisition processes
  • Previous experience & Industry background

  • 15+ years’ experience in client servicing
  • Media Industry,Brand,Data Industry, Tech Industry
  • Deep understanding of client / sector business eco system[specify Industry]
  • Successful experience in fast moving business with good knowledge of the client environment
  • Ability to manageand navigatein matrixorganization
  • Qualifications & Languages

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising
  • Languages : English (Advanced)
