Operations Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of processing customer orders and managing shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and process customer orders - mainly Amazon's Vendor Central - from initial receipt to final shipment.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in operations management, order processing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with shipping logistics and inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar tools; experience with EDI systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
