We sell our tools and APIs as a service to other companies who wish to integrate NFTs, wallets or credentials inside their systems. We save these companies hundreds of thousands of dollars in infrastructure and engineering, and charge them a fraction to manage all for them in a secure, compliant and low maintenance way. More than 30,000 devs and companies have used us, including Mastercard, Microsoft, Etihad Airways, Red Bull, Adidas, Asus, AC Milan, Phantom, Rarible, Refik Anadol, and Snoop Dogg.

Location
We have an office in Madrid (Gran Vía), and we’re also open to considering full remote from anywhere in Spain.

Seniority
Senior (5+ years). A PhD title recognized by Spanish authorities is mandatory.
Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for Crossmint products’ availability, performance, efficiency, monitoring, and emergency response. Your responsibilities will include :
- Keep and evolve our cloud infrastructure. Help us go IaC.
- Drive projects to empower the rest of the teams.
- Eliminate toil from your team and others.
- Remove artificial complexity.
- Share knowledge and remove silos by creating and maintaining documentation.
- Keep End-to-end ownership. You build it. You run it.
- Being On-Call. Participate in paid on-call shifts. (Once a month-ish.)
- Help us “Stay hungry, stay foolish” by introducing new ideas and technologies to the teams.
- Lead by example with best practices and battle-tested patterns.
- Test for reliability.
- Planning our capacity.
- Manage holistic changes and releases.
