About the location :

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is a historic landmark with modern energy. Located in the heart of the capital, within walking distance of key attractions, seven historic buildings have been transformed into a dynamic destination. It features rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sun-splashed pool terrace, bringing a new level of luxury and service to locals and guests alike.

The Role of MIT F&B :

We offer a unique opportunity for recent graduates to join Four Seasons Hotel Madrid as a Food & Beverage Manager in training!

The program aims to develop the Manager in Training (MIT) into a Supervisor or Assistant Manager upon successful completion of the 18-month program, subject to performance. Participants will rotate through various F&B departments : Stewarding, Banquets, Dani Brasserie, ISA, El Patio, and In-Room Dining.

What We Look For :

  • Recent graduates from a Hospitality Management program or related disciplines will be considered.
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience in hospitality or service industry.
  • Leadership experience through work, extracurriculars, or studies.
  • Passion for growth within the industry and the Four Seasons brand.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize guest needs.
  • Energetic and professional approach to hospitality.
  • Valid Work Permit and fluency in English and Spanish.
