Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Development team.Train team members to effectively position our solutions to stakeholders at all levels.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to drive acquisition and revenue growth.Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and operational excellence.Support team growth, succession planning, and innovation.Requirements
