We’re looking for a Senior Product Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented team in building innovative, scalable, and high-quality software products.

Your Role

As a Senior Product Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of managers to ensure the design, development, and delivery of commercial software products. You will play a key role in defining technical direction and ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Reports directly to the Country CTO and is part of the Technology Leadership Team.
• Is the ultimate owner of all technical work within a full Business Domain (Accounting and Tax).
• The products in the domain are part of a broader Product Suite, and the candidate will be one of the key contributors to its definition and evolution.
• The position’s direct reports are a group of Engineering Managers.
• Through this team of managers, the candidate holds final responsibility for the effective operation of the teams within the domain.
