Product Manager (Software / Hardware)

Objective :

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our software and hardware products. Your primary responsibilities will include defining product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Vision and Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for both software and hardware products, aligned with the company's overall goals and customer needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs, informing product development and positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.
• Product Development : Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software and hardware products.
• Customer Feedback : Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and feature enhancements.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and key metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate product updates, plans and performance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
