IT Specialist (m / f / d) End User Services

ivl is the IT service provider for the city of Leverkusen and Energieversorgung Leverkusen and the central point of contact when it comes to the use of information technology in the city of Leverkusen's group of companies. We see ourselves as a full-service IT provider and offer a very broad and innovative range of services with highly secure data centers, software areas and customer-oriented support. Every day, our approximately 93 employees ensure the IT and digitalization of public administration, energy supply and many other public companies and schools in Leverkusen.

Your tasks :

Customer consulting and support for various IT and telecommunications systems
Setup and administration of end devices
Provider management
Assumption of project tasks / sub-project management
Networking of IT systems
Setting up IT workstations and advice on ergonomics
Maintenance and servicing activities with the use of expert and diagnostic systems
Instruction of users and operators

Your profile :

You have successfully completed training as an IT systems electronics technician (m / f / d) or comparable training in the IT sector

You have a class B driving license

You are innovative, have a talent for organization and are a strong communicator, both written and spoken

You are characterized by flexibility, commitment and stress resistance

You have in-depth knowledge that you like to keep up to date

You are naturally driven by customer focus, initiative and the ability to work in a team
