Job Title : AWS Developer (Hybrid – Barcelona, Contract)

Are you an AWS Certified Developer with strong Java development experience and a passion for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in Barcelona on a contract role until the end of the year, with a strong chance of extension.

Role Overview :

As an AWS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain AWS-based applications using Java.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Optimize cloud performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance cloud-based deployments.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for cloud-based applications.

Requirements :

AWS Certification (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, or similar).

Strong experience in Java development.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).

Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and IAM.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and cloud security best practices.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup (onsite in Barcelona and remote).

Duration : Until end of the year (with a strong possibility of extension)

Location : Hybrid – Barcelona
