Advertising Operations Manager

CBA Design is an international creative agency specialized in strategic branding, and part of the global communications group WPP. We are looking for a Project Manager Trainee to join our Barcelona team. This is a great opportunity for a driven, organized, and motivated individual to develop their project management skills in a creative and strategic environment. You will support the smooth running of the agency and assist with managing branding projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Project Manager, Account Manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

What you will be doing :

Project Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and agency standards.

Timeline Management : Track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Communication : Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and project updates.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.

Quality & Revision : Revising processes and files on a daily basis to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, invoicing, supplier management, organising project files.

Internal Communication : Prepare and present our work on the agency website and intranet, showcasing successful projects and their impact.

What we are looking for :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field connected to the creative context.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sharp mind, good memory and attention to detail.

Tech-savvy with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Teams, Planyway).

Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English. Spanish and every additional language are a plus.

Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Proactive, able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
