At LHH Executive Search, we are partnering with a leading international retail group undergoing a dynamic phase of transformation and growth. Renowned for revolutionizing the sector with a solid omnichannel model, ambitious expansion plans, and a strong store-centric approach, the company is now seeking a Head of People.

Reporting directly to the Iberia General Manager, the Head of People will be responsible for implementing people strategies in a high-impact organization, driving cultural evolution, talent management, and organizational transformation — all while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the group’s global standards.

Act as a strategic partner, anticipating organizational and talent needs in an environment of transformation and digital optimization.

Provide support to the business during its digital transformation process, ensuring that human resources and organizational capabilities are aligned with new challenges and opportunities.

Translate the business strategy into effective, measurable, and sustainable HR action plans that support the evolution of the group.

Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in all key areas : compensation, labor relations, training, talent, occupational risk prevention (PRL), etc.

Ensure consistent application of People processes in all countries and companies of the region, respecting the local legal framework and global standards.

Lead a multidisciplinary and specialized team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and results orientation within the People team.

Establish KPIs and monitoring metrics to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in People, with a clear focus on business priority and excellence in service to stores and employees, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Lead projects of organizational transformation, improvement of the work environment, succession plans, and leadership programs.

Promote talent management practices based on continuous development, internal mobility, and performance evaluation.

Ensure the execution and monitoring of equality plans, action protocols, and welfare policies.

Collaborate on CSR projects aligned with the objectives of the group and the social impact of the business.

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar; postgraduate studies in HR or an MBA will be valued.

Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 in leadership roles.

Previous experience in multinational environments, ideally in the retail sector.

Experience in change management and digital transformation is a strong plus.

Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
