Chief Officer / 1st Mate

Looking for a chief mate to join this private 55m MY.

The position has just been given the go-ahead to become rotational, so we are adding to the team.

Must have a YM as a minimum but, more importantly, experience on a similar size yacht with some level of seniority such as Bosun, Lead Deck, or 2nd Officer.

Would suit someone looking to start or continue the path to OOW.

No drama candidates; this is a happy yacht with good longevity on board. Italian owner.

The yacht is single-season at the moment; however, it will most likely go to the Caribbean next winter.

Must have good references from previous yachts, which will be checked.
