Minimum Requirements :

• Yachtmaster a MUST
• Minimum of 2 years sailing yacht experience within the deck department
• RYA Coastal Certificate or Higher
• Good tender driving skills and water sports knowledge

This 39m SY is currently looking for a strong lead deckhand / bosun to join them in Palma within the next few weeks. This is a permanent position which offers 30 days paid holidays and a salary of 3,800 euros. The yacht plans to cruise Spain, France, Italy, and Greece this summer. The yacht runs with a crew of 5, and the deckhand maintains the deck more or less by himself, with day workers when needed. Sailing is all hydraulic and captive winches, operated from the central bridge.
