The primary responsibility of this role is to perform tasks related to the publishing, assessment, and enhancement of content quality in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing expert knowledge of the Danish language. The role requires making high-judgment decisions following standard operating procedures.

Please note : This role is based in Madrid.

Key job responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of the Danish language to execute small-scale projects or components of larger projects aimed at process improvement, using tools or reporting to meet quality metrics.
• Manage escalations on routine or predefined tasks.
• Create or correct media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.

Alongside teams in Chennai, India, and San Jose, Costa Rica, the Prime Video Global Operations team collaborates with stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset delivery, system processing, and content publishing—ensuring content is complete, correct, and defect-free for a global audience. We focus on making sure every search, discovery, and playback interaction is device-agnostic and engaging, playing a crucial role in delivering our vision of global entertainment excellence.
