Do you want to accelerate your career in corporate finance and learn directly from top management? We are looking for a Junior Analyst with strong analytical and logical skills, eager to dive into an intensive development program working closely with the CFO and the Finance Manager.

This is not a traditional operational role. From day one, you will be involved in high-impact strategic projects, with structured rotations through key areas : FP&A, accounting, treasury, and financial analysis.

What are we looking for?

A dynamic, proactive, committed, responsible individual who is eager to learn every day.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Working directly with the CFO and Finance Manager on strategic decision-making.
  • Financial analysis and modeling : Evaluating proposals, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.
  • FP&A and financial planning : Creating and tracking budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Accounting and treasury : Managing cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Reporting and dashboards : Automating and structuring financial reports for decision-making.
  • Interaction with internal teams and stakeholders : Collaborating with business areas to optimize financial processes and strategies.
  • Participation in strategic projects : Opportunity to be involved in key initiatives for company growth.

What we need from you :

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Finance (required).
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial models and report automation).
  • Advanced English and Spanish (essential, as you will interact with international stakeholders).
  • Strong analytical and logical ability for modeling scenarios and evaluating data.
  • Problem-solving skills.

    • Work schedule :

  • Full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week).
  • Hours : 9 : 00 to 17 : 00.
