We are seeking a dedicated Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our team. You will provide high-quality, timely input to client projects in the life sciences field, focusing on analysis and problem-solving within an established framework.
Essential Functions
- Client Analysis & Solutions : Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems, and help develop tailored client solutions under direct supervision.
- Documentation & Specifications : Support the development of detailed documentation and specifications for different projects.
- Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis : Perform analyses to support business cases for commercial network development processes, under close supervision.
- Presentation Design : Assist in designing and structuring presentations that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Project Impact Estimation : Estimate the impact of commercial network projects, including client segmentation and territorial alignment.
- Knowledge Development : Proactively enhance your understanding of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagement delivery and learning opportunities.
- Team Collaboration : Work under the guidance of Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals to fulfill engagement responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales force effectiveness.Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others across the organization to achieve team goals.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel and English.Business Acumen : Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of external / internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.Consulting Expertise : Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to your functional area.Industry Awareness : Awareness of current events, industry developments, and major competitors.Market Knowledge : Understanding of the marketplace and professional / trade associations, key people, and companies.Time Management : Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Why Join Us?
