Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruiter fully remote. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment while working remotely. As a Trainee Recruiter, you will assist our recruitment team in sourcing and identifying top talent for various positions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networking techniques to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Outreach : Engage with potential candidates through email, social media platforms, and other communication channels to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications.
  • Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database, including relevant contact information, resumes, and correspondence.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and identify new talent pools.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with account managers to understand clients’ requirements and preferences, and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing).
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or related field is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective candidate outreach and engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ideally based in Santiago de Compostela or Galicia so the team can meet at least once a month.
  • Duration : This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and business needs.
