Technical Sales Manager – Personal Care
Remote – Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia preferred)
A leading global personal care and cosmetic ingredient distributor seeks a Technical Sales Manager to drive business development and expand its market presence in Spain. This role presents an opportunity to progress into a European-level position based on performance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive personal care & cosmetics business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients on cosmetic ingredients and formulations.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
- Conduct market analysis, identifying key trends and competitive insights to optimize sales approaches.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 3–5 years in B2B technical sales within the personal care & cosmetics industry (ingredients distribution preferred).Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and their applications.Sales Expertise : Proven track record in new business development and account management.Communication Skills : Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Languages : Fluency in Spanish & English (additional European languages are an advantage).Work Location : Remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia.Education : A degree in chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.What’s on Offer :
