BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL

As a Transport Planner, you are responsible for the daily management of road transports and ensure the administrative follow-up. You will accept transport orders and ensure the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you will take the necessary actions. You will process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning. You will follow up with clients on their shipments and act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You will use your extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommendations for good customer relations.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. You should be strong in communicating with various partners (customers and suppliers). You are solution-oriented and can make necessary decisions. You have strong PC skills (Navision, Excel), and as you will frequently be in contact with our HQ in Belgium, we expect you to speak and write English and Spanish fluently. We believe team spirit and personal development are key in this role, and we expect you to make a difference together with your colleagues. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work for an office in full expansion.
