Design the change management strategy aligned with the corporate purpose, vision and culture. Design training strategies to support transformation projects and cultural change within the company. Advise and partner with our leadership team, providing insights and solutions to maximize the impact of change programs and initiatives. Stable full-time employment. - Design and implement the global talent acquisition strategy. Partner closely with our leadership team to design and execute hiring strategies. Develop a strategic plan to attract top talent aligned with the current and future business needs, focusing on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
- Identify and adopt advanced technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimize recruitment processes, such as artificial intelligence, psychometric assessments, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Manage employer branding : collaborate with marketing and communication teams to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and position the company as an employer of choice in key markets.
- Monitor and report key metrics : Establish KPIs to evaluate the performance of the Talent Acquisition function.
