We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead and scale global marketing strategies for a b2b SaaS company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (online / offline, PR, events).
- Lead the Marketing department by setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Align marketing efforts with company objectives to boost lead generation, sales, and product marketing.
- Work with Sales and Product teams to develop impactful materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Expand global presence, especially in Europe and Latin America.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and optimize their conversion.
- Implement creative strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
- Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and lead a high-level team.
Requirements :
5 years leading marketing teams (preferably in B2B SaaS / tech).Mastery of multi-channel strategies, branding, and demand generation.Skilled in planning and maximizing impact at international conferences and events.Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages, a plus).Strong focus on KPIs and performance metrics (such as SQLs and pipeline indicators).Strategic profile, with strong collaboration and communication skills, results-oriented and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.Benefits :
