We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Credit Collection Analyst to join our Credit Collection Team in our Barcelona HQ.
Responsibilities :
- Managing credit and collections operations for the Italy region, with the principal goal of protecting the assets of the company, by maximizing cash flow through cash collection whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
- Act as a true Pronovias Group Ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration relations both with customers and with all the departments involved (Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
- Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including orders & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management and market reporting, deploying strategies that contribute to the Company’s mission.
