The Role :

We’re a scrappy, fast-growing startup with ambitious goals : to 3x revenue in the next 3 years. Our team is agile, resourceful, and mission-driven. As we scale, we’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to build and streamline our HR and people operations functions, ensuring we have the foundation to grow effectively while taking care of our greatest asset—our people.

As The People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR support for our U.S.-based employees while coordinating HR operations for our Spanish and Mexican entities. You’ll oversee everything from onboarding to compliance to culture-building initiatives, wearing multiple hats to keep our people and processes running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and has a passion for creating efficient, employee-centric systems.

What you'll do :

Own the full employee lifecycle : onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee record management.

Manage HR tools, systems, and platforms to ensure efficiency (HRIS, payroll, and benefits software).

Champion a culture of engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
