AEM Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced AEM Technical Consultant / Developer to drive digital transformation across the globe. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business teams and technical experts, helping design and deliver impactful solutions on the AEM platform.

The key responsibilities of this position include :

• Requirements gathering & analysis : Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs. Translate those needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Functional design & collaboration : Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, and AEM architects. Help define components, templates, and workflows tailored to business goals.
• AEM platform optimization : Recommend best practices and improvements leveraging AEM features such as content fragments, personalization, and DAM. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and platform governance.
• Testing & validation : Define and execute test cases. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation : Create clear, user-friendly documentation, including process flows, functional specs, and training materials.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications :

Prior experience with Agile methodologies and certifications like Scrum Master (CSM) are desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural, globally distributed teams.
