Job Title : Project Manager for Digital Experience Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering digital experience projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of international web development and digital experience projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects with AEM (6.x or higher), AEM as a Cloud Service, and / or Adobe Managed Service. You should have a general understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, components, and architecture.

The position involves defining project timelines, task assignments, risk management, KPIs, and budgets. You will also ensure adherence to development best practices, continuous integration, and deployment standards.

Key responsibilities include managing the complete AEM project lifecycle from kickoff through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will also serve as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include previous experience with CMS development projects, portals, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutions. You should have knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.
