Desktop Security Specialist

The Role

The Infrastructure team is currently recruiting for a Desktop Security Specialist who will report to our Global Desktop Client Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing Desktop Security posture and future planning needs of the company’s desktop environment.
• Coordinate with the Information Security team and wider IT teams for security requirements.
• Plan and ensure Windows / Office 365 and other Desktop applications are up to date.
• Coordinate with the wider Desktop team for continuous software update rollouts.
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities in our Desktop / Mac environment.
• Ensure new hardware builds and end user devices meet compliance standards.
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Manage areas of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / Intune.
• Support Windows / Mac Environments as needed.
