Product Manager – Digital Innovation

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the creation of AI-powered, data-driven digital products that scale value across commercial, operational, and technical domains.

As a Product Manager in the Digital Innovation EMEA team, you’ll transform complex challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions fueling growth, efficiency, and competitive edge across a €20B+ global tech distribution business.

This is a hybrid role, 1-2 day per week onsite, based in our Tres Cantos (Madrid) or Barcelona office.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead the full product lifecycle : discovery, roadmap definition, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business challenges into product strategy in collaboration with Sales, Business, Tech, and Supplier partners.
• Work directly with key suppliers to align and execute joint digital strategies, ensuring shared value creation and strategic alignment.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact, user feedback, and data insights.
• Collaborate with Development, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver high-performance digital tools.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and ROI KPIs to drive product iteration and optimization.
• Ensure alignment with the broader EMEA digital roadmap and business objectives.
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist for product-driven innovation across the region.
