We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Director for any of our European sites. In this role, you will :
- Oversee the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient operational processes to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Align marketing goals with organizational objectives and streamline workflows for optimal performance. This role covers the GEM market and six associated clusters.
- Be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of overall strategies in export markets. Collaborate with IMG, partnership managers, and product managers. Liaise with L&C, GEMCo, pricing, and training teams to ensure smooth market preparation and execution. Deliver market share and revenue targets, ensuring appropriate investment in key strategies. Oversee sales practices, including developing strategies and objectives.
- Provide insights and prioritize execution by understanding customer and competitive landscapes in indirect markets. Develop value propositions and product differentiation strategies while optimizing business goals and constraints.
- Challenge and coach partnership managers to guide partner investments toward key priorities and strategic products.
- Manage growth percentages generated from the three main priorities.
- Lead commercial team training initiatives with internal staff and partners to ensure strategic execution.
- Lead HCP education initiatives to maintain high engagement and commitment to the strategic portfolio.
- Achieve business results through a mix of technical and business skills, fostering multi-functional collaboration.
What you’ll bring to Alcon :
Bachelor’s Degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.Experience in a medical device company is essential; ophthalmology experience is a plus.Commercial sales experience, marketing knowledge, and an operational mindset.Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.How can you thrive at Alcon?
