Main responsibilities :
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
- Manage client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers through to sale completion and post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, providing creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure all business goals and targets are achieved regularly : monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing training and coaching to foster individual development and positive results.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, representing the brand effectively.
- Assist agents during the sales process, actively involved in resolving complications with creative closing solutions.
- Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
- Support the hiring process for new agents, providing requirements and feedback for recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.Experience managing a team.Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.Financially oriented and capable of working within an international team.Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.Organized, flexible, and hands-on.Exceptional customer service skills, accustomed to working with demanding clients.Benefits
