Main responsibilities :

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
• Manage client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers through to sale completion and post-sale follow-up.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, providing creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
• Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
• Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure all business goals and targets are achieved regularly : monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Manage and mentor team members, providing training and coaching to foster individual development and positive results.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, representing the brand effectively.
• Assist agents during the sales process, actively involved in resolving complications with creative closing solutions.
• Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
• Support the hiring process for new agents, providing requirements and feedback for recruitment efficiency.
