We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Project Manager to join our team and drive excellence in workplace and facility operations across Southern Europe.
In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in Spain, including Finance, HR, and Real Estate, to align headcount growth projections with regional real estate strategies, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
The position is based at our Hitachi Energy Spain HQ in Madrid, with frequent travel to facilities across Spain.
Key responsibilities include :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Spain stakeholders to support headcount growth and real estate planning.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports to the Regional Real Estate Manager for Southern Europe.
- Overseeing facilities and workplace operations to foster an exceptional work environment.
- Ensuring legal and contractual compliance related to the real estate portfolio.
- Leading real estate fit-out projects from inception to completion, coordinating with architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Developing project plans and ensuring adherence to corporate standards and compliance.
Qualifications and experience :
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively.Proven experience managing commercial real estate projects from start to finish.Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial real estate and interior construction.Experience handling multiple buildout projects across diverse portfolios.Skills in developing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings, and negotiating contracts.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.About us :
