S&OP Business Technical Expert

Descripción del trabajoImprove existing processes and tools based on issues and best practices Recommend planning models per segment / demand pattern Implement and monitor harmonized S&OP processes and tools Coordinate follow-ups and share best practices Develop matrices for team sizing Conduct training for local teams and onboarding new members Ensure tool reliability and act as main contact between Planning and IT Enhance communication between local teams and HQ Assist teams with daily questions and technical support Participate in global planning meetings Support new brands, geographies, or businesses as a key process expert Address troubleshooting related to planning tools (batch jobs, interfaces, performance) Support demand planning tasks, including valuation, finance linkage, monthly controls, reporting Coordinate strategic S&OP activities Lead digitalization and automation initiatives Facilitate decision-making with data analytics and dashboards Optimize statistical models Perform segmentation analysis based on market volatility and demand patterns At least 4 years in Supply Chain projects, with experience in tools like Kinaxis, SAP IBP, SAP APO, O9, or similar. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields; Master’s in Supply Chain Management is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset Results-driven, able to work under pressure Excellent organizational and communication skills Strategic thinking and adaptability Experience in multicultural, multinational environments Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Planning (forecasting, inventory policies) Expertise in planning tools and ERP systems like SAP R / 3 or S / 4HANA Innovative and inclusive work culture Learning and development opportunities International growth prospects Competitive compensation and benefits
