The Opportunity
Mission :
To develop and harmonize S&OP processes and planning tools, support the community with training and troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement in planning practices.
Responsibilities
Planning :
- Enhance planning tools and lead technical developments (define requirements, participate in design, UAT, training, go-live)
- Manage priorities, communicate roadmaps to IT and external partners
- Identify opportunities and lead projects to improve S&OP KPIs
Execution :
Improve existing processes and tools based on issues and best practicesRecommend planning models per segment / demand patternImplement and monitor harmonized S&OP processes and toolsCoordinate follow-ups and share best practicesDevelop matrices for team sizingConduct training for local teams and onboarding new membersEnsure tool reliability and act as main contact between Planning and ITEnhance communication between local teams and HQAssist teams with daily questions and technical supportParticipate in global planning meetingsSupport new brands, geographies, or businesses as a key process expertAddress troubleshooting related to planning tools (batch jobs, interfaces, performance)Control :
Support demand planning tasks, including valuation, finance linkage, monthly controls, reportingCoordinate strategic S&OP activitiesLead digitalization and automation initiativesFacilitate decision-making with data analytics and dashboardsOptimize statistical modelsPerform segmentation analysis based on market volatility and demand patternsCandidate Profile
Experience :
At least 4 years in Supply Chain projects, with experience in tools like Kinaxis, SAP IBP, SAP APO, O9, or similar.Education :
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields; Master’s in Supply Chain Management is a plus.Languages :
Fluent in English and Spanish.Key Competencies :
