Our Finance team delivers sustainable growth for our business, customers, and brands. We're part of a $12.2 billion gross profit organization, responsible for driving performance and future growth. We utilize digital capabilities and analytics to advise our strategy and create capacity for investment. We support learning and development in an inclusive culture.

About The Role

We seek a curious, data-savvy Finance Digital & Data Partner to drive smarter decision-making through financial acumen combined with analytical tools and digital capabilities. You will support reporting, analysis, and automation initiatives to enhance visibility, insights, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business planning and forecasting with data models and scenario analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects supporting strategic and commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
  • Design and implement financial tools and data solutions to support finance transformation.
  • Prepare materials for business reviews, investment cases, and leadership meetings.
  • Automate routine reporting and processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports using Power BI or Excel to track key metrics.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a passion for data problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or other data tools is a plus.
  • Comfort with large datasets and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with eagerness to learn.
