The Challenge

Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will lead process transformation and optimization within our Salesforce ecosystem.

We seek a Sales & Service Cloud expert with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our growth.

The Mission

• End-to-End Salesforce Process Design

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Guide development teams to align with architecture standards.

Architect integrations with external systems.

Identify and resolve performance / scalability issues.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and others.
