WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Lead and coordinate a work team (Supplier Development Engineers) with the aim of ensuring the technical and industrial capacity of the suppliers by validating the elements required by the projects in industrialization to guarantee sustainable compliance with Aernnova's requirements.

• Collaborate with the responsibles in the definition of the purchasing strategy, the annual Objectives and Budgets and the Management Plans, planning in advance the personal and material resources that are required for their fulfillment.
• Establish, lead and develop its team of collaborators in coordination with those responsible for the projects and with the functional directions affected.
• Participate in the process of defining purchasing requirements, supplier selection, organize the deliverables to be developed in accordance with Aernnova's APQP model and the necessary conditions for their validation.
• Coordinate the concurrent engineering with the supplier during the development and industrialization project, carrying out continuous and close monitoring of the maturity and degree of progress of the deliverables required of the supplier in each phase, correcting deviations and proceeding to validate them and the transition to serial production of the project.
