Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Control department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing analytical testing, method validation, stability programs, raw material testing, and support for manufacturing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP regulations, analytical techniques, and regulatory compliance. They will also possess excellent leadership and people management skills, as well as strategic thinking and organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Quality Control department, overseeing QC testing, ensuring timely and accurate analytical support, managing laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with GMP and ICH guidelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Control in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience within a CDMO environment strongly preferred.
