ADP is hiring a Senior Director Quality Assurance and Performance to join the Global Payroll product development team. Job Description

• Work with the Product Management, Product Development and Business leadership teams to build solutions that will transform both clients and internal users experience.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and strategy, business, and client stakeholders in defining and executing the Product Vision.
• Define and lead the software quality vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are met to support the scale of the business.
• Establish best practices for testing automation, CI / CD integration, test data management, and defect prevention.
• Implement robust quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure and continuously improve product quality.
• Evaluate and adopt modern testing tools, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable, repeatable quality processes.
• Proactively identify quality risks and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and engineering excellence
• Able to thrive on a very distributed environment supporting teams in multiple time zones.
• Build strong relationship with peers, other product teams and stakeholders, influencing outcomes across different areas and leaders.
• Build highly engaged and motivated teams, promoting creativity and a positive culture that inspires innovative outcomes.
• Coach and lead team members, assess the pulse of the organization, and negotiate priorities.
